Roadmap

What's live, and what's coming.

Two roadmaps in one place: how the world keeps opening, season by season, and which token features are intentionally held back until they're safe. Nothing here softens the guardrails — the token rules are the same ones on the white paper.

Roadmap for the game

The game grows in seasons. A season isn't a date on a calendar — it's a chapter of the world, and it ships when it's ready. Each new place is somewhere real we're building, not filler. See where it all sits on the map of the Bloomlands →

Season 1

Now
  • The free demo — live. Play in your browser today. No wallet, no account, no catch.
  • The Emberwood cluster — three free places to fight through. You land on Emberwood Ridge, where Cindermaw owns the high ground. Beat the dragon and the trail down into Emberwood Hollow opens — dark, quiet, full of things that hunt. Survive the Hollow and you reach The Charline, the old burn-scar where the weather itself is the monster. Beat a place, the next one opens. All three free, forever.
  • First card packs & the Founder Card. The first packs go on sale, plus The First Ember — the founding card. Only 50 will ever exist, each one serialized.
  • Vaults open — after the review. Vaults hold real value, so they stay shut until an independent security review is funded by card sales and complete, and counsel signs off. Vaults always mint cards, never tokens.
  • The card index — live. Every card in the Emberwood set, drawn, named, and browsable now. Some you can only win — never buy.

Season 1.x

Soon after
  • Cinder Falls — the first new place. Free, like the rest of Emberwood: falls where burning petals pour off the cliffs and the water glows. It sits fogged on the map right now. The map grows — that's the point.
  • Card fusion. Got three copies of the same card? Burn all three and get back one stronger version of it. Extra copies stop being clutter and start being fuel.
  • Card index: wallet view. Connect your wallet and the index shows exactly what you own — no spreadsheets, no guessing.

Season 2

Later
  • New regions beyond Emberwood. The fog rolls back past the tree line — new land, new hazards, new dragons.
  • Location deeds — own a place on the map. Some places can be yours: your name on the deed, goals only the owner gets to play. The first two arrive together — one you can buy, and one that can only be won. Never bought, no matter how much money you have.
  • Tournaments & trophies. Compete for a prize pool made of $SNAP players paid in (existing tokens changing hands, never newly minted) — counsel-gated. Carve Trophy NFTs from the biggest hunts. All loot is NFTs, never tokens.

Beyond

The big one
  • Multiplayer — PVP and raids. Fight other survivors. Team up on monsters too big for any one deck. This is the one we're building toward — we won't promise a date or the details, only that everything above points at it.
No dates anywhere on this page — that's on purpose. A season ships when it's good, not when a calendar says so. Follow the Telegram and you'll see each one light up as it lands.

Roadmap for the token

Some utility features are intentionally not live at launch. They stay on the roadmap until card-sale revenue funds an independent security review and legal counsel signs off. When they arrive, every one rewards players with cards, trophies, or items — never tokens.

Two lines we hold firmly: no new tokens will ever be emitted (supply stays fixed at 1B), and no feature will ever be framed as "earning" or yield. Every roadmap item is gated on a security review and counsel before it ships.
